Trim Your Candles Wicks

Trim wick(s) 1/4 inch before every burn. Failure to trim wicks will result in a longer wick, creating a hotter flame, impacting the burn of your candle.

Candle will burn faster and hotter if left untrimmed.

Use a wick trimmer, scissors, nail clippers, or your fingers to snip the wick before lighting.

Safety First!

Place candle on a level, heat-resistant surface.

Never leave a candle: unattended, near drafts, near children, pets, or extreme temperatures, like a cold window sill.

The First Burn

Trim wick(s) and allow 3 to 4 hours for your candle to fully melt (pool) to the edge of container.

*Size of container and amount of wicks effects burn time.

Soy Wax Has a Memory

This means your candle remembers how long its been lit. Failure to burn a candle its recommended, allocated time, will create tunneling in your candle, eventually putting itself out.

To avoid this, allow enough time for your candle to burn 3-4 hours a time.

Did You Know?

Soy wax burns at a higher temperature than other waxes. It is normal for your candle to have a bumpy, sponge like, or cratered top once cooled.

Did You Know?

There will be mushroom shaped carbon build-up that forms at the top of soy candle wicks. This is a natural occurrence and characteristic of the wick used in this 100% soy wax candle.
